"Incompetence office atmosphere, that choose to hide behind a text message and a keyboard with false narrative information that can actually cause someone to be in a legal position. Two times, I had serious issues that needed addressed; the president's office of State Farm needed to be involved. I addressed the agent about both. One ear and out the other, if you want good customer service, a telephone call, and true information; this would not be the office I would encourage someone to utilize. I asked for phone calls, and asked for concerns to be addressed; no reply; a caveman could of moved things quicker. Some of the staff just lie and hide behind the agent; the agent backs up the status quo. I decided to take my business to another agent who actually responds. No aloha in this office. No morals or principals, just talk story of a empty paperbag."
